  I cannot say enough great things about Edgar and his crew! We have had a lot of work done on our house lately and have worked with a lot of different contractors...Edgar has been the absolute greatest contractor we have ever worked with. To be honest, I was beginning to give up on honest hard working contractors, until he showed up. He was extremely professional, very thorough, and even did work that was outside the scope of just painting the house.

The value of work for what we paid was top notch! He was the best communicator we have ever had the privilege of working with, and they didn't leave until we were absolutely satisfied. Edgar and his crew are perfectionists, which is a great trait to have as a contractor. If the job wasn't perfect, he wasn't satisfied. He was respectful of our home and everything in it. I recommend him to everyone and if I ever need painting in the future, we will only use him.

Our home looks brand new, inside and out. We could not be happier with the work, communication, level of professionalism, and his enthusiasm for his craft.

4. listen to what is needed/wanted
5. they come back for touch ups without any issue at all/they are happy to do it!  *** the touch-ups were so small, but the painters were still happy to come back.
6. punctual; they are there when they said they would be there.  They are extremely reliable.

  I enlisted the services of Edgar and Nice & Clean to paint the exterior of my house. Edgar impressed me from the start by promptly scheduling an estimate and arriving on time. As promised, I received his estimate, and I found his pricing to be exceptionally competitive.

Throughout the job, their punctuality remained consistent, and they demonstrated great attention to detail in taping, covering, and protecting various areas such as patios, pool, windows, and more. Their flexibility in monitoring weather conditions, especially with the impending rain, showcased their commitment to completing the job swiftly, efficiently, and with a focus on preserving the finish from adverse weather.

The end result was truly superb, and without hesitation, I would reach out to them again for any future painting projects.

  They did an outstanding job with the house. They taped off all places in the house that needed painting. Very professional and finished in 2 days. They quoted me a fair price and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them!!

  These guys did a great job. Was able to fix dry rot and light wood repair for damaged portions of the trim and eaves before painting. Was able to coordinate everything remote with no problems.

  We need to repaint the interior of a house before sale. We contacted Edgar and gave him the paint codes and types we wanted for the inside. He handled the project from there. His team showed up as scheduled and did a quality job. The team covered all the nail holes and repaired the drywall. The work was top notch at a reasonable price and his team was friendly.

  I had my entire interior painted white for a better showing during an Open House. I spoke with Edgar, he arrived and presented me with a very fair price. Work began the following week, all areas that needed to be taped off, were taped off with paper and plastic coverings.
There were no splatter marks on the floors, all trash was cleaned out once the crew was finished.

  I hired them to paint a rental house in Murrieta that I am managing.  They were able to start in just a day or two and they finished the whole job in just a few days.  Very happy with their service and will be using them again

  We had just bought our home and needed the entire interior painted before moving in, so were looking for reliable quality work done in 10-14 days. Edgar was referred to us by our brother in-law. We called but weren't expecting much because we had already gone thru multiple painting companies that were referred to us by friends and family that didn't work out because of poor responsiveness, excessively high prices, and/or un-reliable.

However, immediately after contacting Edgar we were impressed! He was professional, honest, responsive and the price was right! And best of all he didn't try to up-charge us due to time crunch we were in after wasting it with the others.

We picked the colors and Nice and Clean Painting did the rest! They painted the entire 2,500 square foot interior of our home. Quick too! The house looks amazing and I will be calling Edgar again to paint the exterior next!

  Edgar and his crew did an AMAZING Job with our little condo. We needed a quick paint job, and didn't have a lot of time or funds. But he really came through quickly and professionally.   I wanted my downstairs great room painted and oh my did Edgar and his crew deliver! The price was amazing for everything that was included! Walls, baseboards, furniture moved and covered, outlet plates removed, and paint included! I had a bunch of holes from pictures and art that I had up and he was able to cover them and make it look like they were never there! He kept in great communication from start to finish and was able to complete the job in great timing! Overall I'm so pleased and happy with the results! Highly highly recommend nice and clean painting!

  Nice and Clean Painting came out and painted the exterior of our house and did such an amazing job. It only took them a few days, they consistently checked in and updated us/checked that we were satisfied, and were all around so kind and hard-working. We got several quotes, some more expensive and some cheaper, but we ultimately chose them because the quality work we saw pictures of on Yelp sold us. We are now moving to a new home and already have things set up for them to paint the whole interior of that one as well. We have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.
